I. Personal Data We Collect:

To carry out the purposes described in this privacy notice, we will collect the following personal data from you:  

• Identification Data: Full name, surname.  

• Contact Information: Address, telephone (landline and/or cell phone), email.

• Employment Data: Occupation.

• Financial and Asset Information: Monthly income, bank account information (if necessary for making payments or refunds), and information about your financial capacity.

• Others: RFC, CURP (if required for the preparation of contracts).

• Copies of IDs. Passport, voter ID with photo. These are for the purpose of compiling a client file and integrating them into anti-money laundering measures.

• Images captured by the security camera. Security cameras are used to prevent crime and improve compliance with the subdivision's internal regulations.

II. Purposes of the Treatment:

We will use the personal data we collect from you for the following purposes, which are necessary for the service you request:  

• Primary Purposes:

In particular, sensitive data is considered to be that which may reveal aspects such as racial or ethnic origin, current and future health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical, and moral beliefs, union membership, political opinions, or sexual preference.  

IV. Transfer of Personal Data: 

We inform you that your personal data may be shared, both within and outside the country, with the following individuals, companies, organizations, or authorities other than us, for the following purposes:

V. Mechanisms to Exercise Your ARCO Rights and Revoke Consent:

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for, and the conditions under which we use it ( Access ). You also have the right to request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete ( Rectification ); to request that we delete it from our records or databases if you believe it is not being used in accordance with the principles, duties, and obligations set forth in the regulations ( Cancellation ); and to object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes ( Objection ). These rights are known as ARCO rights.  

Additionally, you may revoke the consent you have given us to process your personal data. However, please note that we may not always be able to fulfill your request or terminate processing immediately, as we may be required to continue processing your personal data due to legal obligations. You should also consider that, for certain purposes, revoking your consent will mean that we cannot continue providing the service you requested or that your relationship with us will be terminated.  

To exercise any of your ARCO rights, or to revoke your consent, you must submit the respective request through the following means:

Your free-form application must contain the following information:

• Full name and address or other means to communicate the response to your request.

• Documents that prove your identity, such as a voter ID or passport, or, where applicable, legal representation.

• A clear and precise description of the personal data for which you wish to exercise any of your ARCO rights, or for the revocation of your consent.  

• Any other element or document that facilitates the location of personal data.  

Within a maximum of 20 business days from the date the request was received, we will notify you of the decision made so that, if appropriate, it can be implemented within 15 business days of the date the response is communicated.  

VI. Means to Limit the Use or Disclosure of Your Personal Data:

To help you limit the use and disclosure of your personal information, we offer the following options:  

• Your registration in the Public Registry to Avoid Advertising, managed by the Federal Consumer Protection Agency, is intended to prevent your personal information from being used to receive advertising or promotions from companies offering goods or services. For more information about this registry, you can consult the PROFECO website or contact the agency directly.  

• Register your information on Daxi's exclusion list so that your personal data is not processed for marketing, advertising, or commercial prospecting purposes by us. For more information, please send an email to contacto@grupodaxi.com.
